Your Perfect Bathroom Storage

It may sound counterintuitive to fill your bathroom with extra items if you have a small space, but one of the most important aspects of a small space is the storage it provides. The Cheshunt Bathroom Centre discusses the best storage options for your bathroom.

Under the Sink

There is a whole host of unused space under your bathroom sink, so put it to good use with a suitable bathroom cabinet. If you have a fairly sizable bathroom, you’re likely to be able to choose an under the sink cabinet with both cupboards and draws. However, if you’re looking for storage for a cloakroom or small bathroom, a “floating” set of two draws that slot neatly under the sink could work just as well to store hand soaps, flannels and towels.

Height Over Width

If your space is limited, use the height of the room, instead of taking up floor space. Tower bathroom storage takes up only a small portion of the floor space and can often be easily slotted in behind a bathroom door or within a free corner of the room. What’s more, due to the space on each shelf of the tower being limited, you’re more likely to keep your products and towels organised.

Bathroom Cabinets

As well as using the floor space, be sure use the wall space you have available. Bathroom cabinets can come in a wide range of styles and colours and if you really want to save space, consider using sliding doors. If sliding doors aren’t your thing, consider using mirrored doors to negate the need for another mirror in the bathroom that would take up extra room.
